Bill McGowan comes from an aviation background as a pilot and aircraft maintenance engineer. Bill’s company has managed multi-million dollar projects both internationally and domestically. He has taught courses at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) and Northern Lights College.

Born and raised in British Columbia, Bill has worked and lived on the West Coast since 1979. He currently lives in Cowichan Bay and has been a licensed realtor since January 2004. Bill is active in Toastmasters and supports local causes such as Children’s Hospital, United Way, MS Society, Salvation Army and the Forest Museum.

Bill also belongs to the Duncan Flying Club and, with his airplane and digital cameras, offers his clients a unique “birds eye view” of the Cowichan Valley with both still and video photography.
