Eight Months After
Hip-Replacement Surgery...

I played college football back in the early 70's. I have stayed very active since playing a lot of racquetball, spinning, palates, yoga, weight training, golf, etc.

In my 40's I started experiencing pain in my hips. I had them ex-rayed, and two MRI's and was told that I was bone on bone on both frontals, with arthritis as well. After 7 years, I finally had by-lateral hip replacement, having to learn how to walk all over again.

Eight months after the surgery, I was told I had excessive bone growth on my right hip, which posed minor pain on occasion. I bought an Alkaline Water System a year and a half after the surgery.

My energy levels, while good, became better. My sleep was like going to the movies at night and the most restful ever. On month four of drinking alkaline ionized water, I realized the pain on the right side of my hip was gone!

It has been well over a year and a half now and I am able to do the elliptical machine at the highest level of 20 for a solid hour burning 1,100 to 1,200 calories.

"It has been since college that I have had a six pack but that is coming back!"
