Dehydration Symptoms are not indicated by a dry mouth alone. Dehydration is not something that just happens to people when they wonder around the desert for several days without water. Most of us are likely chronically dehydrated and may be experiencing some dehydration symptoms.

I've spent the last 9 months speaking to a large number of people about the water and the commercially manufactured beverages they are consuming. It seems that most are unaware that they may be in a chronic state of dehydration, we're just not making that connection.

Less than a year ago I was a relentless consumer of Bottled Water and had been for many years... drinking plenty of processed water every day, only to discover I was showing many symptoms of dehydration. I was stunned by this revelation as I had constructed a bottled water-store using a Reverse Osmosis System as part of the process 8-9 years ago, I felt it was a great contribution to our community at the time... my opinion on bottled water has greatly changed.

Sometimes we get far too caught up in the processing of water and achieving specific end-results with little understanding of the potential harmful effects of our ingenious creations.

There are many common symptoms of dehydration... I've learned that Acid Reflux, Fatigue, Constipation, High Blood Pressure, Weight Gain, Liver, Kidney, Digestive Issues, Inflammation, Joint Issues; Arthritis just to name a very few may all be possible indicators of dehydration.

Perhaps we're not really that sick after all our bodies may be chronically dehydrated causing all kinds of symptoms and pain signals.

We're depending so much more on commercially manufactured beverages, this will only lead to the consumption of more pharmaceuticals as we desperately attempt to cure the degenerative diseases we may acquire as a result of the severe effects of dehydration.

When speaking about dehydration symptoms people often point out that they do consume plenty of beverages, yes... it's true many of the beverages we do drink do contain water but it's what else these beverages contain that can actually cause then to become very dehydrating and perhaps toxic!

Remember not all water is the same... water is not just water. What would you say if I suggested to you that the water in your toilet bowl is the same as the water from your kitchen tap? Would you drink the water from your toilet? It wouldn't be acceptable and we would not consider it!

Dehydration Of Elderly and Kids

Kids are not being educated on the importance of drinking water many are completely reliant on pop, energy, sports drinks or juices. I understand that second to car accidents cancer is the number one killer of children not to mention all the other dehydration symptoms they may be exhibiting, but we still won't make the connection to possible dehydration. Rather we'll allow someone to label our child with ADD or something else and suggest they start taking Ridlin.

It's possible that dehydration in elderly people is massive... and all we need to do is begin drinking hydrating water and watch the changes that will take place very quickly in ones health and well-being. I've experienced it myself and have seen it many times with others. Our bodies are over 70% water, according to The Mayo Clinic an adult loses at least 10 cups of water a day just by breathing, eliminating waste and perspiring. What would happen if you compared this situation to your bank account? Always with-drawing funds and seldom replacing them... you would soon have a financial meltdown!

This is where I need to ask for a little help...

I have built a small survey, (you can see the questions on this page) it will only take a few seconds to answer it. As soon as you submit your data all the results of this survey will be revealed to you on a colored graph. Hopefully by asking the right questions we will see some very interesting information emerge.

Thanks for your help with my Dehydration Symptoms Survey, I'm very grateful... Colleen
