Drilling A Water Well

Drilling A Water Well with a water drilling rig using modern water well drilling methods will not traumatize the homeowner when a water well drilling company is prepared guarantee water! I work with a team of highly skilled people, we feel a water well drilling company needs to build in a degree of safety for the homeowner or developer.

We know exactly what the homeowner faces when drilling a water well... forking out $10,000 for a drilling a dry water well is horrible and we see far to much of it on Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands of British Columbia. I've witnessed the hardships that dry water wells cause a family long after the well drillers have left the scene and the homeowners bank account is emptied.

Using modern well drilling methods will not guarantee water when drilling a water well... a water drilling rig can chew through several hundred feet of rock a day and at the end of it all you may have nothing but a dry well and a large well drilling bill.

We have decided that enough is enough... it's time to take the well drilling industry to a whole new level on Vancouver Island and we have the combined ability to do it! As a team of three highly skilled groundwater experts and water well drillers we're stepping up to the plate, we publicly Guarantee Water or we eat the entire well drilling bill! The Dry Hole Game has officially come to an end on Vancouver Island as of 2010.

If We Drill A Dry Water Well,
You Will Not Be Billed For Any Part Of It!

That's Our Guarantee,
We Put It In Writing!

As a Professional Water Well Dowser my main focus is water. I want water and that's the bottom line... not only am I looking for water but I need to make important decisions on where I feel we'll locate the largest flow of water on any given property. My work is very precise and my success rate is extremely high, I've been professional in water locating for nearly 15 years. Often a water well drilling company will become quite vocal and negative when water well dowsing is mentioned and it's generally because they want complete control of the job... their true concern may not the location of water.

A water well driller is paid by the foot... the more drilling that is done on your property the more money you'll be paying to the water well drilling company, it's that simple. If you don't pay the water well drilling company has the right to lien your property or home, water or no water! If you end up with a dry water well, it does not matter... you still pay! The very last thing a water well driller may want is someone like me on-site protecting the homeowner not permitting dry hole drilling. If this is the type of behavior you are experiencing, pay very close attention... it's a RED FLAG. The following situation is just one example of what I'm explaining...

"We were skeptical of drilling so close to a deep well that only produced 1/2 gallon per minute, as was the well drilling contractor. Yet, Colleen was adamant that we drill exactly where she placed a stake only 15 feet from the non-producer. Although the odds, we felt were poor, we decided to follow her professional opinion. We only had to drill 70 feet and found a well yielding good water at 12 gallons per minute!"

Donna Paravicini ~ (Qualicum Beach)

When drilling a water well you do not want to repeat the process several years down the road as so many people are forced to do. Donna's water well was a typical example. Their original well was roughly 200 feet and went dry during the summer months, there was thousands of dollars spent installing underground reservoir's and additional pumps.

Here I come along after their many years of struggle with lack of water and decide to drill a new well on their five acre site virtually within feet of their original low yielding well.

You can well imagine what this couple was thinking! Then the well driller marches onto the scene with the water drilling rig and really confuses them practically refusing to drill on my pin, likely trying to convince this poor family that my decision is on the brink of insanity. I had five acres to work with in this case why would I do something so incredibly stupid, according to the water well driller?

Drilling a water well next to a water well that goes dry may not seem rational - but drilling a water well where there is no water does not seem rational or sane to me in the first place! I simply drill where the water is and just because a well driller missed it the first time around does not concern me in the least, I work well beyond this elementary method of water well drilling.

When drilling a water well I very carefully do my homework, I have everything figured long before we begin drilling. I make a thorough assessment, I decide what is required, I consider what's most practical and cost effective, I even consider every tree that I may harm or need to remove. I have the gifted ability to completely map out the sub-surface and deep into bedrock for water, after all is considered I make a well educated water well site selection decision.

Each time I go through this process, it's the most important decision I ever make because I understand and respect what's on the line for the homeowner. Everything I do is through the eyes of the homeowner, so my screw-up rate is nearly zero!

I have one very simple theory and it's, "Know where the water is and drill where the water is... forget the games and the BS." I sincerely wish that every single well driller knew how it truly feels to be on the receiving end of our often unethical behavior in an industry where we should be able to do a far better job with our hard earned skills and abilities.

If you speak a well drilling company that does not drill any of my water wells it's likely because I do not find their standards to be acceptable and they do not meet my well drilling criteria, the drillers that do work with me have been my trusted partners for years! It's all about team work on my sites. If you are thinking of drilling a water well on Vancouver Island or the Gulf Island... you will greatly increase your success rate with our guarantee.

Again we absolutely guarantee water or you don't pay for the dry water well... not one penny! We put it in writing!
