A water well driller is paid by the foot... the more drilling that is done on your property the more money you'll be paying to the water well drilling company, it's that simple. If you don't pay the water well drilling company has the right to lien your property or home, water or no water! If you end up with a dry water well, it does not matter... you still pay!
