February 16th, 2011Monthly membership to the V-Team Audio Library
I am very sorry, I know the V-Team Audio Library is an extremely heavily used system by hundreds of Enagic distributors but the time has come for me to delete many names from the system and close access to free-membership. On several occasions I have expressed a deep concern about my monthly operating cost for the system which increases by the day due to the enormous size of the free membership data base that also growths daily.
To date my costs for the nearly last 2 years of building the system has well exceeded $15,000. Also the time invested in building the system has literally been hundreds of hours.I am extremely grateful to the few dozen people who have made a financial contribution to the system, you have truly made a difference but we can no longer have a few dozen people support a system where the masses continue to take of advantage of the system without offering any contribution at all. I can no longer disregard the situation, hoping everyday that the free-users will not continue to take advantage of the generousity of the V-Team Audio Library. I do understand that because the system began as a free system nearly 2 years it's expected to continue as a free system but I made it clear months ago that it cannot and will not continue. The growth of membership is at this time overwhelming, and the broadband usage is staggering. Yes, the system is extremely popular... most of you know the value of this tool. I am glad it's so heavily used. I have suggested a monthly donation of $10.00 per member, that's dirt cheap for the enormous value... but it's enough to sustain and expand, as expansion is greatly needed due to the size of the system. I am needing to take action immediately... we have hundreds of free users and if you are one of them, I'm requesting that you please spare me a little time. The percentage of non-contributors is flat-out enormous so don't feel bad you have lots of company, but I am requesting that all non-contributors who choose to use the system without contribution to the cost please go to the bottom of any email that I have sent you in the past and remove yourself (unsubscribe) from the V-Team Audio Library, this will save me the time of removing you as removal is automated and it's much easier if you do it. Please do not flood me with emails on this matter, especially those of you who have taken advantage of the system for a very long time without any contribution to help keep it going... this has become the problem - not the solution and I really need to remove these names from the system. I'm sorry to be a (not so nice Canadian about this) but I'm not prepared to sugar-coat my concerns about this matter any longer. This notice is in effect immediately and only pertains to those who continue to take advantage of this system without any contribution to the system, if I do not see this situation resolve itself quite quickly names will be removed within 3 days. December 30th, 2011Happy New Year!I can't believe we are just over 24 hours away from the New Year... I absolutely know we can all decide to make 2012 the best year of our lives with Enagic! I'm heading into my third year with Enagic... I'm still not what I would consider full-time as I do still manage a few groundwater projects and run the V-Team Audio Library.
But I have personally grown and and financially exceeded any expectation that I could've ever had when I purchased my first SD501. I will never make guarantees but I will always promise there is no ceiling or limit on what what is possible for each of us! The V-Team Audio Library has also grown substantially... Because of the size and scope of this project I've been able to come to the conclusion over Christmas that the V-Team Audio Library needs to operate under its own umbrella. I'm currently working to completely rebuild the system so it will have its own home... Soon it will not be housed on my groundwater site but it will have its very own dedicated website. The membership aspect of the site will become completely automated, it will contain a members forum and many other interesting and fun features. This will simplify and streamline the whole process, no longer will the passwords need to change (EVER), in fact each of you will have your own password and it will be permanent unless you choose to change it yourself! I'm not sure when I'll have the system up and running but I will assure you I am working on it and it will happen! I will bring you much more new content in the future, I will add a podcast and my goal is to have this whole service available for mobile use as well. I am just having to get my brain around all this technology, I often feel I'm on information overload... but the library has taught me that we are all capable of doing much more than what we ever thought! For now we will continue to operate as we always have. I appreciate the financial participation, it has led me to the conclusion that we must keep the system going and moving forward with this expansion. I know the PayPal donation system is not perfectof doing so much more than we ever but it has certainly been a useful tool during this time of transition. I'm soon going to be announcing a NAME OUR LIBRARY contest... Maybe you can think about this ahead of time, some of you may think we could continue using the name V-Team Audio Library but others may have some great suggestions for a new name! If the system does receive a new name, it will need to be a name we can register as a new domain name / URL. I will post the contest notice very soon! December 6th, 2011Final Notice from the V-Team Audio Library
Hello from Colleen Roberts & The V-Team Audio Library... Just a quick and final note... this notice does not include the members of the V-Team Audio Library who have recently made a financial contribution to the system. You are part of the new membership database and everything will remain as normal for you, so please do not worry! Thank-you for your help... because of you the system will not only continue to operate but will flourish & expand over the coming months!! For everyone else on the current/old database, I'm just about ready to scrub the V-Team Audio Library database. I think we've gone as long as we can go, after several notices about the library (please read them below) we have had a reasonable number of people decide to remain monthly members of the V-team Audio Library via donations to help support the monthly cost of operation. We still have a couple thousand people in the database who have either chosen not to contribute to the V-Team Audio Library or are simply not active any longer and have not entered the V-team Audio Library in many months... I do not know who's who, so I need to scrub the entire system and basically start over again with the exception of those who have opted into the new database. We currently send out over 60,000 call notice emails a month... we simply cannot sustain this as a free service any longer. I'm sorry... I know everyone loves the system as it is, so do I that's why I need to do this... I'm determined to not only keep the V-Team Audio Library going but expand it. Everything you need to know to build your business is in the library... the people who have actually built to 6A are the people who are truly qualified to teach on building an Enagic distributorship. You can easily earn your Enagic PHD with the V-Team Audio Library,

and well worth the effort, this is an exceptional opportunity!In a day or two I will scrub all the names from the system and there will not be any further V-Team Audio Library call notice emails sent to these names... they will no longer exist in the database. If you have received this final notice via email you are on the list to be removed from the system. All V-Team Audio Library links are going to change and the exisitng links will no longer work. I hope that noone is offended... the system simply cannot support nearly 3000 members at either my expense or at the expense of a couple hundred contributing members. This is the only way I can lessen the pressure on the system and yet expand it with additional training for those who value the system and are willing to contribute. Once you are opted-out of the system, you will be able to return at anytime... the system will always welcome anyone who wishes to return and become a contibuting member. November 25th, 2011Important Notice... As Of November 30th, 2011
Hello from Colleen Roberts & The V-Team Audio Library... On November 30th, 2011 the exisitng links of the V-Team Audio Library will no longer be active. Unfortunately the V-Team Audio Library will no longer be available to the roughly 1500 Enagic Distributors who use the system on a reqular basis. I'm sorry the system is once again demanding an upgrade to meet it's broadband demand, to date there have been roughly 34 people step forward and offer a contribution to the cost of operating this system. I am simply not going to continue to operate for the masses with a handful of contributions. I am immediately taking action to reduce the pressure on the system... we can not have literally hundreds and hundreds of people steadily taking advantage of the system with only a few willing to help out. For those who have decided that the system is of enough value to their business by making a donation the system will continue to operate!
I will send out completely new active links after November 30th, 2011. All email links prior to this date will no longer be active. There are opt-out links at the bottom of each email that is sent out by the V-Team Audio Library. Please take a moment to opt-out of the V-Team Audio Library prior to November 30th, 2011 if you have chosen not to make any contribution to the system. For those who have contributed to the system, I appreciate your help very much and my service to you will very happily go on as normal! By reducing the demand on the system the costs will once again become very manageable from this point forward! Thank-you...

November 10th, 2011The future of the V-Team Audio Library is now very much depending on member support to keep this extensive project going. The system uses enourmous bandwidth and other costly resources.
In one month we've had roughly 20 people contribute to the system, the combined audio's receive several thousand plays per month, it's becoming very costly for me to sustain such a large number of members without contribution, in fact it's simply no longer possible. We are using the PayPal Donation System to make this manageable for everyone using the system, I truly wish my costs to operate the V-Team Audio Library were optional but they're not. The system has pretty much gone viral within the Enagic community at this point it's forced me to upgrade the entire system to web-based-commercial-accounts to handle the volume so we can operate smoothly and not crash the system during peak-demand times! Thanks to the generous members who have made a huge difference with your contribution... I greatly appreciate you and wish to express my gratitude!

October 3rd, 2011The V-Team Audio Library is well over a year and a half old. A service where I began uploading just a few audios for members of my own team as many simply were not able to get on the calls at the scheduled times, as a result they were missing out on a tremendous amount of available training. Since the conception of the V-Team Audio Library I've recorded and archived an enormous number of training calls. Every one of these training calls are as valuable today as they were the day they were recorded. While distributors may decide to spend additional money on training as I do to advance in their business - I feel some of the best training we have is right from Enagic leaders who have paved the way for many. This is the first place a new distributor should spend their time for training... these recording will greatly enhance your skills. To date I literally have hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars invested in the V-Team Audio Library. The construction of the V-Team Audio Library involves the application of several web-based tools and significant skills to build and keep operating. Each one of these tools
cost money every single month and the costs continue to grow tremendously as a result of the number of members we now have on the system. It's now simply come to the point where the system can no longer function as a nonprofit... Not only does it need to pay for its monthly cost but I would like to be able to recapture at least a small part of the money I've invested to build the system for the Enagic distributors. A couple of months ago I put out a poll to get an idea of how many people would be willing to contribute to the cost of the system. The results were unexpected, 96% of you who did respond, responded in favor of a monthly fee of $10.00. After giving this careful consideration I realized that a membership site is only going to increase our costs and my labor which is exactly what I'm trying to avoid! After speaking to many members, I would rather keep the system operating as it's obviously of too great of value to cease operating. To keep this as simple as possible for everyone I'm simply going to open a Paypal Donation link and I'll leave it up to the individual distributors who use and value of the system to donate to the system without setting a determined set fee or monthly payment schedule. Many distributors are heavy users of the system according to the V-Team Audio Library's security stats and some are not in the system as often. I think at this point I'm just going to leave the donation amount up to you guys... You decide what it's worth to you and what you're willing and able to contribute to the system. It just takes everyone doing a little something every month and not a few people doing a lot once in awhile. I recognize that the system also has many brand-new distributor / members... as it's the perfect training center for a new distributor, there may be people who absolutely cannot afford to contribute and I respect that as well. That's exactly why I don't want to eliminate people with mandatory membership, that's just not what this is about for me. I appreciate each and every one of you while you may not know this but often, you leave short notes for me when you sign-in to the system... I read every single one of them, your added notes and comments are really what's kept the V-Team Audio Library going, it is a lot of work but I've really enjoyed contributing to your Enagic journey.
